Visa appointment...

Please be praying for Witlene today. She has her visa appointment at the US Embassy today at 11am. God willing, Witline will be coming to the States ASAP to get a tumor removed from her pituitary glande. We have the doctor, hospital, and host family all lined up: Now we just wait on the US Embassy.

Please God, make the meeting go smoothly, and that Witlene would get her visa without any hassels!!!!!!!!!!

Hands That Heal?

You might be asking yourself, "What is, 'HANDS THAT HEAL'? The purpose of this ministry is to seek medical attention for the people of Haiti, who are suffering needlessly. We will find host families, doctors & hospitals that will agree to give of their time & services to take care of, preform surgery on, & see to the needs of the people of Haiti that so desperately need it. It is absolutely free of charge for the patients and their families during the entire time they are in the US, in hopes that they can return to Haiti & live a full life.

Mark 16:18b "...they will touch the sick & the sick will be healed."

The Cost

The cost for bringing 1 child to the states for surgery &/or treatment & returning them to Haiti some months later, will run somewhere between $1500-2000, per medical child. Price could be higher, depending on who is escorting the child to and from the US. The situation will be different with each child.

Upon arriving in the states with a medical child, money that was not used on the trip, will go into a savings account to be used for the next medical mission. Nothing will be refunded!
